# White Chantilly Lace Extender for Kurti, Dress & Skirt Hems – 25 

This is a white Chantilly lace made to finish and lengthen hems. It is the easy way to make a kurti, dress or skirt longer.

The top edge is straighter, so it sits neatly along a hem and is easy to stitch. The bottom edge has large, rounded scallops with soft eyelash fringe, so it hangs beautifully below the fabric.

At the top, honeycomb net forms a row of arches. Below them, drop-shaped motifs with small flowers and leaves sit on a fine, sheer net.

At 25 cm (9.8 inches) wide, it can add up to about 24 cm of length to a kurti, dress, skirt or top.

### How to Use ?

-   Measure around the kurti hem and add 2 cm for the join.  
    
-   Cut the lace to this length.  
    
-   Place the straight top edge of the lace under the kurti hem, overlapping about 1 cm.  
    
-   Pin it in place, keeping the scallops level all around.  
    
-   Stitch along the kurti hem by hand or by machine, so the stitch holds both the kurti and the lace.  
    
-   Join the two lace ends at a side seam with a small, neat seam.  
    
-   If the kurti has side slits, stitch the lace separately on the front and back panels.  
    
-   If pressing is needed, use low heat with a press cloth. Do not iron the lace directly.
