📦 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Policy

At ANI ACCESSORIES, we proudly serve both retail and wholesale customers around the world.
Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) depends on the type of product you choose — such as buttons, laces, buckles, patches, necklines, and other fashion accessories.

Since each category has different production and sourcing requirements, the MOQ may vary accordingly. For example, metal buttons or buckles may have higher MOQs than laces or fabric patches, depending on material and production setup.

The required minimum quantity for each product can vary based on:

  • ✅ Material, color, and finish options

  • ✅ Customization or branding requirements

  • ✅ Current stock availability in our factory or warehouse

We always try to offer flexible options, but the final MOQ is determined according to production capacity and material availability.

⏰ Bulk Order & Delivery Timeline

The production and delivery time for MOQ or bulk orders depends on several factors, such as:

  • Factory production schedule

  • Order quantity and complexity

  • Raw material sourcing time

  • Warehouse stock readiness

Once your order is confirmed, our team will provide an estimated dispatch or delivery date to ensure smooth coordination.

💳 Advance Payment Policy (50%)

For all MOQ or bulk orders, we require a 50% advance payment at the time of order confirmation.
This advance helps us begin production, material procurement, and packaging arrangements in coordination with our factories.
The remaining 50% balance payment is to be made before dispatch or shipment of the goods.

Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for MOQ or wholesale orders.
