Flower Patches
Flower Patches for Clothes – Embroidered, Iron On & Sew On
A single rose on a kurti yoke, a scatter of small blooms across a denim jacket, a 3D flower on a bag strap: flower patches are one of the quickest ways to change how a garment looks. This collection brings together embroidered flower patches for clothes, iron-on and sew-on floral appliques, crochet and guipure flowers, organza and PVC blooms, and 3D designs. Whether you need floral patches for clothes for a boutique collection or a single flower patch for clothing repairs, you can choose single pieces, sets of 2 or 3, and 10-piece packs on selected designs.
Flower patch designs
Every flower patch design here lists its size and how it attaches. Popular designs include:
- Rose patches for clothes: embroidered rose patches, satin roses, rose bunches and rose-and-leaf sprays, from a small rose embroidery patch for a cuff to larger motifs for a back panel.
- Lily, tulip and sunflower patches: including an orange flower patch in our Tiger Lily design, crochet tulips and sunflower cutwork.
- Daisy and white flower patches: white guipure (spun poly) daisy, rose, lily and sunflower patches, several of them dyeable so you can colour them to match your fabric.
- Bird, butterfly and blossom motifs: PVC and heat transfer designs with birds, bees and butterflies among the flowers.
Types of flower patches
- Embroidered flower patches for clothes: thread-embroidered roses, lilies and floral sprays with a textured, handcrafted finish. The most versatile choice for dresses, suits, blouses and jackets. Designers also use them as ready-made flower patches for embroidery projects, adding hand stitching or beadwork around them.
- Iron-on (heat transfer / hot-fix) flower patches: the quickest way to add iron on flowers for clothes with a household iron. Some shoppers call them flower stickers for clothes, but instead of a sticky backing they bond to the fabric with heat. Ideal for t-shirts, denim and small production runs.
- Sew-on flower patches and floral applique patches: stitched in place for a secure finish on garments that are washed often.
- Crochet and guipure flower patches: fabric flower patches with an open, lace-like texture. Choose bright crochet flowers, or white spun poly guipure for bridal wear, kidswear and home linen.
- Organza and satin flowers: sheer, lightweight blooms for occasion wear and blouses.
- PVC and 3D floral patches for clothes: raised, dimensional flowers that stand out on bags, jackets and statement pieces.
Where to use flower patches
Designers and crafters use floral patches on dresses, suits and kurtis, sarees and blouses, t-shirts and hats, jeans and denim jackets, backpacks and bags, and for decoration on cushions and home linen. A single flower patch for a dress or suit works best at the neckline, sleeve, back or hem. Small flower patches for clothes work as scattered accents or to cover a small mark or tear, while big flower patches for clothes, up to oversized 17.7-inch guipure motifs, make a single focal point on a back panel, yoke or tote. A flower patch for a bag or backpack is best sewn on, because straps and panels flex more than garment fabric.
How to choose the right flower patch
- Iron on or sew on: iron-on is faster, while sew-on holds better through repeated washing. Many of our patches can be applied either way; look for "Heat Transfer or Sew" in the product name.
- Size: compare the dimensions on each product with the area you want to cover before ordering.
- Style: embroidered rose patches for a classic look, crochet and guipure for texture, organza for softness, PVC and 3D flowers for impact.
- Colour: red, pink, orange, yellow, purple and black flower patches for clothes, multicolour designs, and white flower patches, some of which can be dyed.

Flower patch FAQs
Are these flower patches iron-on or sew-on?
Both. Some are sew-on only, some are heat transfer (iron-on), and many can be used either way. Each product name and description shows which method it supports.
How do I attach an iron-on flower patch?
Place the patch on the fabric, cover it with a thin pressing cloth and press firmly with a hot iron, then let it cool before moving the garment. For clothes that are washed often, add a few stitches around the edge for extra hold.
Do flower patches stay on after washing?
Sew-on patches are the most durable. For iron-on patches, wash the garment inside out on a gentle cycle and avoid high heat in the dryer.
Can I use flower patches on jeans, bags and backpacks?
Yes. Denim and canvas take patches well. For bags and backpacks, sewing is recommended.
Can white flower patches be dyed?
Selected white guipure designs are dyeable, and this is stated in the product name. Check the product before ordering if you plan to dye it.
Can flower patches be used for decoration?
Yes. Beyond clothing, they work on cushions, table linen, hats and craft projects.
What is the difference between embroidered, crochet and PVC flower patches?
Embroidered patches are made from thread and have a soft, textured surface. Crochet patches are worked in yarn and feel more handmade. PVC patches are smooth, flexible and slightly raised, so they read as more graphic and modern.
Do you sell flower patches wholesale?
Yes. See our wholesale patches or message us on WhatsApp at 9313100012 with the designs and quantities you need.
