White Eyelash Flower Guipure Patch (Spun Poly), 12 Inch
A wide white Guipure Patch (Spun Poly) with an eyelash edge, 12.2 x 7.2 inches.
One large flower sits in the centre. Its petals are layered, one inside the other, around a small cluster in the middle. Buds and pointed leaves spread out to the left and the right, which makes the patch much wider than it is tall.
The edge is what sets it apart. Short, fine threads stand out all around the outline, like eyelashes. They soften the edge, so the patch melts into the fabric and does not look stuck on.
Every petal and leaf is filled with a fine mesh of threads. There is no net fabric behind it, so the garment colour shows through.
It is a dyeable patch. It comes in white, and you can dye it to match your fabric. It is a sew-on patch with no glue, so you stitch it by hand or by machine.

How to Use

Dye first, if you want a colour. Let the patch dry fully and flat, and smooth the lashes outward.

Place the patch and check that the centre flower sits where you want the focus.

Pin the centre flower, both leaf ends, and the buds.

Stitch along the firm outline, just inside the eyelash edge. Leave the lashes free.

Add a few stitches around the centre flower, so the middle stays flat.
