Product Description
Floral Cutwork Black Eyelash Lace
A floral cutwork black eyelash lace, 10 cm wide, in one 3 metre piece.
The design has flowers, leaves and swirls with open cutwork spaces between them, set on a fine black net. The open areas let the fabric underneath show through, so the flowers stand out clearly.
One edge is scalloped and finished with soft eyelash fringe: fine threads that look like eyelashes and give the lace a delicate, feathery edge.
It is an eyelash trim made for sewing and crafts. You can stitch it onto clothes as a black lace border, or use it on décor and craft projects. The soft nylon keeps it light, so it drapes well on chiffon, georgette, silk and crepe.
Where to use it
For sewing:
-
Sarees: as a black lace border on the pallu or hem
-
Dupattas: along the edges or the short ends
-
Blouses: as sleeve panels, on the back neck or the hem
-
Lingerie and nightwear: on bralettes, slips, camisoles and robes
-
Dresses, kurtis and gowns: at the hem, neckline, yoke or sleeves
- Veils and capes: along the edges
For crafts:
-
Home décor: cushion covers, curtain edges, lampshades and table runners
-
Gift and party décor: gift boxes, hampers, invitation cards and photo frames
- Accessories: hair bows, chokers, masks and bags

-

- DIY creators and craft lovers use this eyelash trim on gift boxes, chokers, hair bows and masks.
Why it works
The cutwork keeps it light. Open spaces between the flowers stop the lace from looking heavy, even at 10 cm.
The eyelash edge is a ready finish. You do not need to hem or roll the edge; the fringe is the finish.
10 cm is a useful width. It is wide enough to work as a saree or dupatta border, and easy to cut down for small craft projects.
Black goes on almost every colour. It looks sharp on red, white, gold and pastels, and rich on black.

How to Use ?
-
Measure the edge you want to cover and add 2 to 3 cm extra for the ends.
-
Cut with sharp scissors. Eyelash lace does not fray easily, so the cut edge stays neat.
-
Pin the straight edge to the fabric, with the scalloped eyelash edge facing outward.
-
Stitch along the straight edge with black thread, using a small zigzag or straight stitch, by hand or by machine.
- Press from the wrong side on low heat, with a thin cloth in between.
For crafts:
-
Cut the length you need.
-
Fix it with fabric glue or a glue gun on low heat. Put the glue on the solid parts of the lace, not on the open net.
- Let it dry fully before handling.
